Access & hardware

Keyless door unlock: Salto KS and RemoteLock adapters. Members receive a 6-digit PIN per booking; the door unlocks automatically at session start.
HDMI switcher control: Auto-selects the right simulator bay input at session start and reverts on session end.
Smart plug / projector automation: Projector powers on at the pre-buffer, idles off after configurable time, and responds to force-on / force-off from the ops console.
Camera tiles & snapshot-on-event: Live stream links, snapshot capture on activation failure, timeline attached to incident records.
Bridge heartbeat monitoring: Hardware bridge pings every 30s; ops console flags degraded or unreachable bridges in real time.
RemoteLock + Salto KS: First-class adapters for both access-control platforms; vendor selected per tenant via environment flag.

One-off bookings: Availability grid, conflict detection in transaction, price preview, Stripe charge, PIN issuance, calendar attachment.
Recurring bookings: Daily / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly patterns; 60-day materializer with background top-off; edit-this / this+future / all prompts.
Bundle bookings: Cross-resource intersection availability, bundle discount rate, single checkout.
Group / share bookings: Per-invitee PINs, waiver enforcement for non-members, device binding per invitee, primary-member revoke.
Event bookings: After-hours override, host contact fields, deposit + balance billing, capacity management.
Waitlist: FIFO auto-promote on cancellation, 10-minute hold, preference modes, admin re-order.

Three tier kinds: Discount Card (discounted hourly rate), Included Hours (monthly peak / off-peak allocation), Splittable (shared allocation with add-on sub-members).
Stripe Connect: Per-tenant Stripe Connect Express accounts; facility operators receive payouts directly.
Gift cards & promo codes: SKU-based gift cards with partial redemption; percentage / flat / free-trial promo codes with caps and stackability rules.
F&B POS — member tabs: Staff opens a tab at any resource, adds free-form line items, closes out to the member's on-file Stripe card.
Overflow billing: Members who exceed their allocation are billed at the configured overflow rate automatically.
Refunds, comps & dunning: Admin-initiated refunds and hour comps; Stripe webhook-driven dunning and suspension cascades.

Live resource grid: Real-time state for every resource: active session, door/plug/switcher status, bridge heartbeat, recent failed activations.
Facility map: Floor-plan with resource markers; click any marker to view live state and trigger overrides.
Emergency controls: Force-unlock any door, force-end any session, override projector or switcher — all logged to the audit trail.
One-tap member SMS: Threaded SMS inbox per member directly from the ops console.
Incident mode: Pauses new activations, captures camera snapshots, runs an alert ladder, and records a full timeline.
Broadcast messages: Send a facility-wide SMS to all currently active sessions with one click.

Mobile-first web app: Responsive booking, session management, membership card, hours balance, and PIN status — no native app required.
Custom domain: Point members.yourdomain.com at HostlessOS with a CNAME — members see your brand, not ours.
Tenant-branded surfaces: Logo, primary colour, and contact info pulled from your facility profile onto every member-facing page.
