- Your account stays active and we collect the first $99/month payment via the card you add at the end of the trial. Cancel anytime before then and pay nothing.
- Are there per-booking or per-member fees?
- No. $99/month is the only charge from HostlessOS. Stripe's standard processing fees apply to payments your members make directly to your facility.
- What's included in the custom domain feature?
- You add a CNAME DNS record pointing members.yourdomain.com to HostlessOS. Your members see your domain in the browser — the HostlessOS subdomain still works in parallel.
- Can I run multiple locations?
- Yes. Multi-location is included — manage separate resources, hours, and access hardware across as many physical sites as you need under one account.
- How do member payments work?
- HostlessOS uses Stripe Connect — your members pay you directly and funds go straight to your bank account. HostlessOS never touches member money.
